About Shipping
All our orders are shipped using Registered Australia Post.
We deliver to all Australian addresses, including Australia Post PO Boxes.
We do not deliver overseas.
Because all orders are delivered by either Australia Post Courier or Australia Post Registered Mail, a signature is required on receipt of the goods. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, a card will be left, and you will be able to pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post shop.
To keep our prices as low as possible, we offer our customers two easy delivery options:
Standard Delivery
If you select the 'Standard Delivery' option, you can expect to receive your item within 3-6 working days. This may be slightly shorter or longer depending on stock levels and the delivery address. In our experience over the last four years, those living in major cities and regional areas should expect their parcel to arrive in around 3-4 working days, and those in more remote areas can expect 5-7 days. All orders are shipped from our offices in South Melbourne, Victoria.
Express Delivery
If you select the 'Express Delivery' option, and you have ordered before 1pm, you can expect to receive your order the next working day. Remember, this next day service is only available to those that live within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network.
If you select this option, and you live outside the network, you will normally receive it slightly faster, but we can't guarantee that it will be there the next day. All orders are shipped from our offices in South Melbourne, Victoria.
